Many local councils are trying to encourage new parents to reduce the waste they produce by promoting the use of Real Nappies. Many offer cashback schemes or voucher schemes (you are given a voucher and then you can buy your nappies from an approved list of suppliers).

Contact your local council if you cannot see your local area on this list (this is only the ones I know about and things are constantly changing!) and ask them if they do a similar scheme in your area

Real Nappies for London (RNfL)

Cotton Cherub is very excited to tell you that we are now an approved member of the Real Nappies for London voucher scheme, you can use your voucher to purchase any nappies or nappy related goods (liners, buckets etc) from us.

If the London borough in which you live has joined Real Nappies for London and you have a child under the age of 18 months, you could be entitled to claim an information pack and voucher. The voucher can be redeemed for nappies (and accessories) or a nappy laundry service (for a limited period) within six months of you receiving it.

Voucher value and numbers will vary from borough to borough. If all vouchers in your borough have already been distributed, you may still receive an information pack. (see individual council categories below to check details.)

If you have a voucher you must submit this to us along with ID for verification before we can send your order to you. Please follow the steps detailed below in order to redeem your voucher:

TO ORDER:

Please drop me an email at rebecca@cottoncherub.com with what you wish to order. I will then confirm that I have your order in stock and request that you pay the balance either by cheque, bank transfer or Nochex. You will need to submit your voucher, together with copies of your ID and the balance by cheque (if applicable) to Cotton Cherub. NB: the voucher must be the original voucher, not a copy.

Once we have payment and your voucher, your nappies will be sent to you in our classic pink or purple sacks!

I am happy to take orders over the phone if required, although I do not have a credit card phone facility yet.

Terms and Conditions

	voucher numbers have a unique reference and are identified with details of the person eligible to redeem it;
	The voucher value is clearly shown on the voucher and varies with the issuing borough;
	The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date shown on the voucher (inclusive).
	one voucher only is issued per baby.
	Vouchers are directly redeemable only by the applicant identified on the voucher. After placing your order you must send us your Voucher and proof of ID. Acceptable forms of ID include copy of driving licence, council tax bill or similar.
	the voucher can only be redeemed for cloth nappies and reasonably associated sundries such as wraps, grippers, liners.
	vouchers cannot be redeemed by customers retrospectively (ie after original purchase).
	The customer redeeming the voucher will be issued with an itemised receipt showing what was purchased.
	no cash change can be given to the customer holding the voucher on exchange of the voucher.
